We are seeking an ambitious Chartered Accountant to join our F&A team to lead the F&A function.

The role requires understanding of multiple financial instruments (equities, fixed income and related derivative instruments) across structures: NBFC, CAT – II and Cat III AIFs, PMS, prop entities across multiple jurisdictions (India, Gift City, Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Assisting in the preparing of various financial reports, reconciliations, etc
• Financial Analysis: Preparation and review of financial statements, finalisation of MIS to be sent to senior management, Board presentation, etc
• Audit Assistance: Assistance in internal, statutory audits, etc by liaising with auditors, consultants, etc
• Communication: Collaborating with team members, departments, and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving: Addressing discrepancies, resolving financial issues, and proposing improvements to processes
• Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices
• The candidate will be expected to lead team

Requirements

1. F&A stint in BFSI / Asset management sector
2. CA from a Big 6 accounting firm – Accounting advisory / Audit background

Experience:

2-3 years working in a similar role
