Role Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Chartered Accountant (experience 2-3 years) (to join our F&A team to lead the F&A function.

The role will be intense and challenging as it requires a deep understanding of multiple financial instruments (equities, fixed income and related derivative instruments) across structures: NBFC, CAT – II and Cat III AIFs, PMS, prop entities across multiple jurisdictions (India, Gift City, Singapore).

The candidate will be on an accelerated CFO track and work closely with the CFO, Group CFO and the leadership team to gain both technical and strategic experience. The candidate will be expected to lead team of 3-5 people.

Requirements:

1. F&A stint in BFSI / Asset management sector
2. CA from a Big 6 accounting firm – Accounting advisory / Audit background
